Description of Artwork: The Government Printing Office released a State Department cable in it's National Security Archive, "Foreign Relations of the United States 1964-68, Volume XXVII, Indonesia, Malaysia-Singapore, Philippines." The quotation in question refers to the State Department's knowledge and support of destroying the Indonesian Communist Party (PKI).

Description of Incident: The GPO announced that it would consider repealling the transmission and attempt to recall the books from library shelves

Results of Incident: The State Department asked the GPO not to sell any more copies of the book containing the letter in question.
